Ooooooooo... Pretty, shiny precious...
Some folks at Gary Con and Gen Con are gonna get some really nice six-sided swag. The folks at Chessex did a remarkable job of matching my blog's colors and fonts, eh? Good prices too. I recommend their custom service to anyone who wants some custom dice whipped up.

The Nicodemous Corridor was a campaign that I had written ages ago as a
deep alien trade zone adventure setting. This came about as a result of our
playing...
But you left out the key detail:
ReplyDeleteIs the custom stuff on the 6 side ("YAY! We rolled the logo!"), or the 1 side ("NOOOO!!! WE ROLLED THE LOGO!")...?
Awesome!
ReplyDeleteI might have to get something like that for my blog as well.
Rolling the logo is always good (it's the 6).
ReplyDeleteThat's the stuff!
ReplyDeleteThose are pretty slick. Wish I was going to one of the Cons to score one. Maybe next year!
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty damn sweet looking. I had no idea Chessex even offered such a service, but in this modern era of online ordering and customization it does make sense. It really makes me wish I was able to attend one of those conventions.
ReplyDeleteIf you're curious about the price, custom d6ers are 75 cents each, 10 minimum in your order. Shipping is via UPS Ground. I got 30 of these for $31 shipped.
ReplyDeleteWow, that is really affordable. I can recall when custom dice were a real novelty. Back in the late 80's and early 90's they had some customized six-siders where they printed symbols on them instead of engraving. This sucked because if you used them enough the ink would wear off and the symbol would fade. I still have several of them where the symbols are barely even distinguishable.
